It is alarming that 1 in 10 Pacifica families earned less than $25,000 and nearly 5 in 10 Pacifica families earned less than $129,150 – the US Department of Housing's low-income threshold for a family of 4 (source: U.S. Census Bureau's 2013-2017 American Community Survey).
