PRC is dedicated to empowering individuals and families by providing essential resources—such as groceries, emergency financial aid, and financial education—while helping to prevent homelessness and build long-term economic stability. Through innovative programs like the Pacifica Safe Parking Permit initiative and our Unhoused on the Coast outreach, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need, fostering hope and creating pathways to lasting housing solutions and greater self-sufficiency.
